Refund and Returns Policy

At Daly Wood Designs, every piece is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail and quality. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Refunds and Returns Policy below.

Returns

Because each item is handmade to order, returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described. If you experience an issue:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
  • Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the item back.

Custom or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective, as they are made specifically for you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item was damaged in transit, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.

Exchanges

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this time, materials may already be in production and refunds may not be possible.
