1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of dalywooddesigns.com and any purchase you make from Daly Wood Designs, a handcrafted furniture and woodwork business based in Carlow, Ireland. By placing an order you agree to these terms. You can contact us at info@dalywooddesigns.com.

2. Products

Our items are handcrafted from natural wood. As a result, the grain, colour and finish of each piece will vary, and the item you receive may differ slightly from the photographs on our website. These natural variations are a feature of handmade woodwork and are not defects. We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately.

3. Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted once we confirm it by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we are unable to fulfil the order. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. Payment is taken at the time of ordering and is processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your payment card details.

5. Custom Orders

Custom and made-to-order pieces are produced to your specification. Because they are personalised, custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun, except where the item is faulty or not as agreed. We will confirm the details, price and estimated timeframe with you before starting work.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Estimated timeframes are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns & Cancellations

Your return and cancellation rights are set out in full on our Returns Policy page, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos and designs — is the property of Daly Wood Designs and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

9. Liability

We take care to provide accurate information and quality products. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under law.
